KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. gold2018 reserves the right to request KYC from any member at any time, and failure to provide it may result in temporary account suspension.

• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the expiry date passes.

• Maximum Bet: A maximum single-bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, gold2018 is not responsible for any delays caused by bank or mobile banking issues. In such cases, please contact support with a screenshot of your payment.

All members are required to follow a set of specific rules when placing bets on gold2018. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match or event has already started.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement will be the final applicable odds.
• Gold2018 reserves the right to suspend or void bets where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• If one leg of a parlay or combo bet is voided, the bet will revert to a single bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void. In the event of any dispute over a result, gold2018's decision shall be final.

Gold2018 believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We do not encourage any member to gamble excessively — instead, we are committed to helping every member keep their gaming in check.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum single-bet amount.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Use this option if you wish to permanently exclude yourself from gaming.
• Reality Check: Automatic session reminders after a set period of time.
